The Value of Pain

Using What You Feel to Help Your Body Heal

Pain is an interesting thing. It can whip us into a frenzy, take us away from the moment and it can be downright exhausting. But pain also carries a message, and if we learn the language of the cells, pain can also be a roadmap back to freedom within the body.

Pain is like the baby crying. It is the cell’s way of communicating to us that it needs attention. If we mask or avoid it, the cell will scream a little louder. This will go on until either its needs are met or it simply shuts down out of pure exhaustion. If the latter is the case, it leaves the area ripe for disease as it indicates a lack of flow to and from the cells, causing a toxic environment.

We also get caught up in the Pain/Fear cycle. If a pain surfaces that we don’t understand, it breeds fear. Pain, fear and stress all cause us to reactively hold our breath. The challenge is that oxygen is the most important nutrient for cells to thrive, so this unconscious mechanism continues to deplete the body of this most vital nutrient, which quickens the aging process.

Another challenge with this is that the fascia, the system that connects every cell in the body will grip and adhere to bone with a force of up to 2,000 pounds per square inch. The fascia is here to protect and feed the cells. As gravity and unconscious living cause us to fall out of alignment over time, it is the fascia that grabs on to bone and anything in its path to create stability to the unbalanced body. It’s a protective mechanism, however this acts like a roadblock to blood and oxygen flow which depletes the cells of the nutrients they require.

But there is great news!
You can change this fascia pattern by understanding how to unlock the grips. It all comes down to magnetics. The key is to create the space in the body that time has taken away. The process is simple to do, is done lying down on a bed or floor, and can be accessed by anyone, any age, any condition.

It is all about heating the body through the combination of pressure in one area for a minimum of three minutes, combined with accessing proper diaphragmatic breathing. When you know how to decompress your fascia, you have the power to remove pain, trauma and limitation in movement. You have the power to restore health and vitality to your body and even undo aging patterns to rejuvenate tissue previously blocked from flow.

When we tap into the magic of diaphragmatic breathing, we can feed the body six times the amount of oxygen. The brain will die in five minutes if starved – and every cell is a mini brain. To connect to this power within changes every aspect of your life from how you look, feel, heal, function and age. This is a free video that shares a basic simple exercise you can do to start this immediately. I am sure you will feel the
benefits right away. You can view it at: https://blocktherapy.com/stress-reliever/ Start understanding what pain is telling you and begin your road to recovery today!
