We can all relate right? A busy term ahead where we make our lunch but don’t eat it. Or we completely forget our lunch and then hit the 4pm cravings?
I was a chef for 13 years and I am often asked if I cook amazing meals for my family. The answer is yes and… no! I’m always on the hunt for amazing new products in the supermarket and I recently found these awesome salads sold in New World that I like to tweak and eat ‘on the go’ at school.
These are full of flavour and easily adapted to increase the quantity for more than two people and to add those extras you love.
